Can you tell us more about your rugs?

Sure! We love talking about our rugs and are happy to tell you more. Each felt ball rug is made with several (so many that you could get lost counting!) 2.2cm felt balls that have been rolled by our artisans. We pride ourselves in using 100% pure New Zealand wool and AZO free dyes to color the wool. You may find some small pieces of grass stuck on a few of the felt balls – this is due to the process of rolling and drying the felt balls in the open. You can simply remove them with a needle or even let the small bits be! Any fuzzy bits of wool on your rug can be trimmed with a pair of scissors.

Do the rugs slip on some surfaces?

Not with anti-slip mats! We recommend the use of anti-slip mats to be placed under the rugs, which ensure that the rugs don’t slip on any surface!

How long does an order take?

All our rugs are made-to-order and we need about 4-5 weeks to have them ready and delivered.

Personalized Name Buntings and Name Wreaths

We need 7 days to make and have them delivered to you.

All other products

We’ll process orders within 5 working days and send them to you.

Can you rush an order for me?

Just write to us and we will try our best to meet your requirements!

What is your exchange and return policy?

We want you to love your All Things Felt product and will strive to ensure that not loving it is not really an option.

However, if in case you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Please write to us within three days of receiving the product, with pictures of the damage or fault. Upon reviewing the problem, we will send you a new product and will try to ensure that it reaches you as soon as possible. We do ask that you send the damaged product back to us, so we can see what went wrong and ensure that it doesn’t happen again. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We hope you can appreciate that a whole lot of effort goes into all our products and as such, we are unable to provide an exchange on account of change of mind.

Can you custom-make products for me?

Yes, yes and yes for rugs! We love customizing rugs because we end up making some seriously beautiful one as a result of working with our lovely customers. And, we are particularly excited when other customers like and buy such custom-made rugs.

For all other products, drop us a line and we’d love to have a chat and see what we can do. We at All Things Felt are always up to learning new tricks.

How do I go about having a custom-made rug for myself?

Easy peasy!! Simply select the colors from our color chart and receive a rug designed by you! We’ll put together a little arrangement with your chosen colors and send you a picture before we begin so that you’re sure of your selection!

Can you make rugs larger than 200cm or in other shapes?

Most certainly, we can! We make bigger rugs and rugs in square and rectangular shapes as well upon order! Just drop us a line for a quote!

Do you deliver internationally?

We only deliver in our little red dot at the moment, but are working out logistics to make our products reach you, wherever you may be! Since we’re still looking at the details for shipping to all countries, we haven’t set us up for international shipping on our website. However, we might be able to deliver to your country, so just drop us a note to check.

Is it possible to view the products before I make a purchase?

Of course! In fact, we’d love for you to touch and feel our products because we’re sure you’ll love them even more then (we love the texture on our rugs especially!).

How do I hang the customized name buntings, name wreaths and mobile hangings?

We suggest you use 3M hooks to hang our products. Our products are quite lightweight and can be easily hung on a 3M hook.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment through PayPal, which means you can pay with all major card types (VISA, Mastercard and AmEx) even if you don't have a PayPal account. PayPal is one of the largest and most secure payment gateways in the world.

For payments via PayLah/ PayNow, please send us an email at hello@allthingsfelt.co with a screenshot of the payment. We will only confirm and process the order once the payment has been made.

And if you prefer to make a bank transfer instead, please drop us a message or an email, and we’ll share the details with you.

All our prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Can I arrange for a gift to be delivered directly to friends or family?

Of course! We are very happy to know that our products are being sent to people you love. On the checkout page, please enter the shipping address with the address you’d like the gift to be sent to. We also provide a free gift card with your message for all gift orders.

What is your shipping policy?

Our customized products will be shipped to you within 7 days of receiving the order; and all other products will be shipped within 5 days of receiving the order.

Do note that we need 4-5 weeks for a rug to be made and delivered. If you need something more urgently, you can get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do!

We charge a shipping fee of $6 for all products, except rugs, which are shipped for free!

You can also self-collect your order from our office.
